Almost nothing is ASAP. We value each other’s time so we prefer thoughtful, written and asynchronous communication. That also means we tend to have as few meetings as possible, with a clear agenda and targeted audience, which is usually the case since we prefer small, efficient, and autonomous teams to layered hierarchies and micromanagement. We strive to provide everyone enough context, support and focused, uninterrupted time to do meaningful, fulfilling work. And then get out of the way.
